I have probably seen this question here before but could not find an ans. I was rated 100% for PC in Nov 2013. After all payerwork went to DFAS they paid difference in Feb 2014. I am still wondering...

Moved to CRDP. After VA has received the audit from DFAS, VA payments of VA retro have taken up to 2 years. If VA has not received the audit, then VA will not pay retro until they do.
